I enclose a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week or part week and undertake to pay the remainder six weeks before arrival. I agree to indemnify the owner against damage to the Cottage and its contents by my party.   The owner does not accept liability for any accidents but has made every effort to ensure a safe and enjoyable holiday.
