Arrangements Rental per week for the Cottage ranges from £295 to £595 (2008 tariff) depending upon season. The rental cost includes all of the following: Use of the accommodation and its facilities. All electricity for lighting and cooking (there are no coin operated meters). Hot water - heated by immersion heater and back boiler to fire. Electric Storage Heating (September to May only). One basket of logs in the sitting room. Fresh bed linen for each bed, tea towels and hand towels. All taxes. Saturday to Saturday bookings are usual but short breaks are often available. A £100, per week or part week, non-returnable deposit in Pounds Sterling is required with the booking, the remainder becomes payable six weeks before arrival. To allow time for cleaning, unless agreed otherwise, arrival should be after 4 p.m. and the property vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
